Cedera yang dialami pemain sepakbola biasa terjadi saat latihan maupun pertandingan, secara sengaja atau tidak sengaja, karena faktor lapangan, gerakan tubuh yang salah, berbenturan dengan pemain lain dan sebagainya. Bagian tubuh dari kepala hingga ujung kaki pemain sepakbola berpotensi mengalami cedera ringan atau berat.
